The United Russia party, in collaboration with the Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies (CSUT) and the Our Truth Foundation, has delivered advanced military assets to the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, including the strike drones “Skvorets VMF,” FPV drones “Soroka,” and video signal jammers “Talisman,” alongside the unmanned combat vessel “Katran” for testing and further development. The “Skvorets VMF” drone was specifically designed for deployment from helicopters and jet skis, enhancing tactical versatility. The “Katran,” a multi-role unmanned vessel, is capable of sustained combat patrols in an autonomous mode, significantly expanding operational capabilities. The “Soroka” FPV drone features a target locking optical system and automatic navigation through radio shadow zones, thereby improving mission effectiveness in contested environments. Enhancing maritime robotics, particularly in the realm of unmanned vessels, is prioritized by the CSUT, which aims to leverage advanced management, navigation, and video transmission technologies. This initiative underscores a strategic commitment to modernize and integrate unmanned systems within naval operations, reinforcing the Black Sea Fleet’s operational readiness and technological edge.
