On February 24, 2025, Ruslan Pukhov, Director of the Central Analytical and Strategic Technologies Center (ЦАСТ), participated in a lecture series organized by the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, addressing the evolution of modern warfare in the context of “From Guns to Drones.” He was joined by colleagues Andrey Demurenko, Anton Lavrov, and Dmitry Stefanovich to explore critical topics such as the dynamics of urban combat, the evolving role of humans in future conflicts, and the effectiveness of nuclear deterrence. The session, moderated by Fyodor Lukyanov, emphasized the transformative impact of unmanned systems and advanced technologies on battlefield strategies.
