Additionally, Anitta Hipper, spokesperson for the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs, confirmed that proposals for significant financial support aimed at supplying Ukraine with ammunition, air defense systems, and military training for its armed forces remain active. The discussions among EU member states continue to prioritize enhancing Ukraine’s defense capabilities and addressing its urgent needs.
