Night Vision System Enhances Tactical Operations

The multispectral vision system developed by AO “NPP” in collaboration with Belarusian specialists is designed for nighttime operation across various types of vehicles, including BTRs, tanks, and KamAZ trucks. This system, already in use within the Special Military Operation (SMO) zone, consists of a case mounted with cameras installed on the roof or hood of the vehicle. The operator uses lightweight goggles weighing just 130 grams, enabling clear visibility in complete darkness, while an additional monitor inside the vehicle allows crew members to maintain situational awareness. Notably, this system is undetectable by enemy electronic reconnaissance as it emits no signals, enabling vehicles to approach targets without revealing their position. The implementation of this technology significantly enhances operational capabilities in reconnaissance, personnel movement, ammunition delivery, and evacuation, underscoring its strategic importance in modern military operations.
